Pour ce qui est de l’exercice…bien au moins, nos abdominaux n’ont pas chômés, ha ha ha!
A nasty little stomach bug took the wind right out of our sails! The bananas, Brussels sprouts, and Swiss chard took a back seat to the blander, more digestible foods this weekend. We'll make bread out of the first, remove a few layers from the second, and the third we'll bring back to life with a soak in cold water.
As for exercise, well... at least our abs still had a good workout! :)
